Hi Tweets

Mitch Blanton and I birded up Highway 20 to Newhalem today and found an Eastern Kingbird flycatching out on the cliffs bordering the Skagit River where the swallows are found across the road from the Corkindale Creek track. The Lazuli Buntings and Least Flycatcher are still present up the track that parallels the creek. Black Swifts were viewed in the distance from that location.

The Aggregate Ponds were hopping with warblers, including redstarts, and vireos. Birds out everywhere in large numbers, all of us enjoying the fabulous weather.
