Greetings birders, one and all.

The 10th Annual Wings Over Water (WOW) Northwest Birding Festival takes place in Blaine, WA, on Saturday, March 17, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The birds are already there and the festival promises to be worth the trip from wherever you might be. Events include kids' activities, raptor presentations, food and arts and crafts vendors, wildlife and geology trips, and wildlife speakers.

The keynote speaker this year will be renowned British Columbia author and biologist, Dick Cannings. His presentation, The Enchantment of Birds, is FREE and takes place at 5 PM at the Blaine School District Performing Arts Center
