I stumbled across the American Bird Conservancy (ABC) BirdTape product today. It is supposed to be really good at preventing bird window collisions. They have an interesting video of a Goshawk that shows how birds fly through small spaces. See www.abcbirdtape.org.

I have not tried the product, but may order it.
