On Tuesday, I saw a Red-tailed Hawk feeding on a large rodent outside of my work building. The hawk had silver bands on its right leg. I can only make out a 07-6 on the lower band. I would be interested to know the more about this bird, if anyone has any info and can read the leg bands in the photograph.
