Sure looks like a Merlin. Saw one today at the Nisqually Refuge with a group
of 22 beginning birders.

Can someone please tell me what kind of falcon this is? My first guess is
prairie but it seems like it might be a bit too dark. Seen yesterday in the
Thorp area.
