Subject: [Tweeters] Say's Phoebe in Olympia

After this morning's snow I walked around Capitol Lake, and spotted the
phoebe in the waterside trees on the south side of the north basin, near
where the switchback trail comes down from the capitol campus. The bird was
actively fly-catching, moving generally west along the lakeshore.
Eventually it flew out of sight towards the railroad trestle.

Lots of swallows were down low over the lake - mostly Tree with a few
Violet-greens.
