I photographed a banded juvenile Cooper's Hawk at Magnuson Park
around 3:00 this afternoon. He was perched in a tree off the left
side of the road just as it turns north from the main entry road. He
had two blue bands riveted to his left leg. The top band had a "5"
and the lower band a "P."

I don't follow Tweeters closely enough to know if anyone has
mentioned this bird. He seemed quite at home and not overly shy.

Anyone know where to report it?
