Sorry about the late post, but my wife, Cheryl, saw and got pictures of a northern saw-whet owl at Northrup Canyon Natural area on Friday 3/16/12. Northrup Canyon is on Highway 155 south of Electric City.

I looked for it yesterday but the bird repelling charm that keeps me from ever seeing anything interesting in Northrup Canyon was working just fine.
