While the KOMO pictures looked like a typical second year Bald Eagle to me,
I must admit to having almost no experience with the plumages of younger
White-tailed Eagles.

So, in cases like this, I have to defer to others with far more experience
than I have.

I sent the photos on to Bill Clark who concurs that the bird is definitely
a second year Bald Eagle.
