Hi
Two MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS at the campground, a GLAUCOUS GULL at the Village
Creek usual spot, and a great somewhat dispersed kettle of hawks: 26
RED-TAILS, 9 BALD EAGLES and single COOPERS and SHARP-SHINNED in the air at
the same time. Much variation in Red-tail 'morph' but most were what I
think of as paler western. Two were blackish but with red tails. All were
individually confirmed to be red-tailed.
Also of interest (to me) were the returning RING-BILLED and CALIFORNIA
GULLS.
