When you get tired of whining, come east of the Cascades where you can dry out, get some sun and enjoy the 4 seasons experienced by MOST of the PNW.
We often go for 6 weeks to 3 months without rain. But we do get a week or so above 100 degrees and lots of dust storms to whine about.
And Spokane has to contend with several feet of snow to shovel and then drive on once the snow plows dig them out. But at least we have 4 seasons.
