Do some kind of a related pollen this year,having breathing problem,I BEEN
STAYING HOME TO WATCH ALL MY BIRDS.
Today I DISCOVER TO HAVE MY EARLIEST MALE BLACK -HEADED GROSBEAK VISITING MY
SUNFLOWER
FEEDER.according to " A GUIDE TO BIRD FINDING IN WASHINGTON by TERANCE

the date for arrival is middle May ,I was after the bird,but was unable to
get a photos,last year the first male came on the 10th of MAY.we BEEN
KEEPING GOOD RECORDS SINCE 1988.Looking back at this old records ,and since
we had our whole yard converted to natural Habitat,it is amazing how we
increased the amount of different species we having now.
But this year topped it all with 27 YELLOW -RUMPED WARBLERS ,and close to
that on Townsend's Warblers
Arrival of the Townsends 24th of October 2011,leaving on 16th of APRIL.
the FLOCK OF 20 YELLOW -RUMPED WARBLER arrival was 3th of January &leaving
on April 22 ,with both Audubon & Myrtle Warblers there left in High
breeding plumage.This was the first year we had this species staying that
long.We used to get this maybe 2 birds.
A GREAT
surprise was the sighting of a Douglas' Squirrel on the 30th of APRIL at
8.15AM.This was a big surprise since we l lost the last Douglas Squirrel 12
years ago.
Being living alone now to loose my Son and we planted this yeas ago in case
there is changing of living occurs ,and I MUST SAY I thank my Son Patrick
who came up with the IDEA to converted our yard from being so polished to
the natural Habitat what took us 4 years to getting help from Verna Timm to
help us finding the right plants to plant,
