Tuesday morning, at 10:30, a Wilson's Phalarope, female, adult breeding plumage, is at the now-halfway-flooded field on the south side of 204th Street, Kent, in King County, Washington. It's loosely associating with 4 yellowlegs. There are also at least two spotted sandpipers along with about a dozen peeps (only Least's, that I took the time to look at). You can ID with just bins, but a scope should give a nice view. I took pictures which show the ID, but the bird is too far away for anything worthwhile using a 280mm (200mm with 1.4 extender) lens.
