The starlings keep coming to my patio and defecating all over it. I don't
want starlings around but don't know how to get rid of them. If I chase
them off they come back immediately.

A friend, who is also a corvid fan, told me to get the crows to chase them
off - but the crows don't seem to do anything about them and even stay away
when there are a lot of starlings around.

I'm only throwing peanuts in shells to crows and Stellar Jays (and have a
hummingbird feeder). So there's really nothing they should be interested
in.
