Thanks to Doug Parrot for alerting me earlier about Phalaropes on Eide Rd. Early afternoon I was able to locate 10 Wilson's Phalaropes in the marshy area in the field just south of Eide Rd. immediately as you are coming on to Eide Rd. from the highway. Also of note were 80 Greater White-fronted Geese across the channel in the field to the east of the concrete block stacked dike. (aka the end of Thomle Rd.)



Late morning there were still at least 134 Whimbrel present at the intersection of Norman and Olsen Roads in SE Stanwood.
