I had the good fortune to be walking back from Volunteer/Interlaken park with my bins around my neck and bumped into Ollie Oliver (distinctive fieldmark: a Seattle Sombrero from OR) on 10th Ave E.

"Seen any good birds"? Nope (Sunday was a bust) "Are you going to see the movie?" What movie?

And Ollie explained about the bird movie at Harvard Exit that would be on in about an hour's time ...

So I went and really enjoyed it.

The main reason for the reply:

It's on HBO in July (16th or 12th ... both dates are floating around).

The trailer is on YouTube too (there is swearing when a birder can't find a Blackburnian Warbler ... it gets a big laugh in theatre) and gives a good feel for the movie.

I recommend this movie to all birders (and people who know birders too ... they'll recognize a lot too).
