This morning, besides the "expected" species near my house in Sequim, I saw
my FOTS Trumpeter Swans (x2), seen from a bluff at the Dungeness Cemetery.
The swans were on a pond at a private duck hunter's club southeast of the
Jim Lotzgesell Rd. and to the west of the Olympic Game Farm. At Cline Spit,
there was a Eurasian Wigeon in among the hundreds of AMWIs. Also seen there
were a few Common Goldeneye mixed in with flocks of Bufflehead, scoters and
mergansers..
