Point Wilson

W122*45.262'
11-9-12, time 0800~0930, incoming tide, wind 7 to 12 mph, swell 2 to 3 feet, clear skies, air temp. 42 degrees
While observing a couple walked up ( Bob and Dorothy) and stated you should have been here yesterday, I said, "why" they then said that a snowy owl was here most of yesterday,
and then Bob should me the images in his iPhone, sure enough a Snowy Owl. Looking at the bird in the images, there was very little dart speckles on it.
I did not see the snowy today and don't expect to see one at the point in the future. This bird was stopping to rest and then move on. to where that's any bodies guess.
