A Cave Swallow was found today November 11 2012 at the outer pond at Iona Island BC, by Jamie Fennman, Paul Levesque ,and Jeremiah Kennedy. This would be the first record for British Columbia if accepted . Iona Island is beside the Vancouver International Airport. This rare swallow is feeding over the pond with 3 Barn Swallows, so may stay around for a while.
