Thanks to Lauren for her post. With her directions, I found the Snowy, a prime first year female, consuming a Glaucous-winged gull, late last night.

>From twitter found out there was a snowy owl 11th and john in Seattle. Went there about 7:20 and it had captured a pigeon. It wasn't eating it but sitting on top watching people. Group of 5-10 folks out looking at it. Beautiful!
