Subject: [Tweeters] Leucistic Robin at Harborview Mediical Center on First

As I walking from the bus up to work yesterday morning I saw a striking
white bird one block east of the 9th and Jefferson building that
superficially reminded me of the McKay's Bunting out at Damien Point last
year. Maybe I was also day dreaming about finding a Snowy Owl. My next
thought was a white pigeon but it had a long bill. I was fortunate to get a
better view and then saw a almost completely orange belly and also noticed
some other Robins around. Unfortunately I had no camera but this was a
beautiful bird with only a few small gray/black spots on a bright white
dorsal body contrasted with an orange belly that was perhaps a little
lighter than the average Robin. I looked up Leucistic Robin images and
mine was prettier than any displayed. I am taking my point and shoot camera
on the chance it will be back today.
