At least three Snowy Owls are on the Dungeness Spit in Sequim, Clallam
County as of this morning. One or two can be seen using high-powered scope
from 3 Crabs. Also along 3 Crabs, the two Tropical Kingbirds, one
Short-eared Owl (flying around in broad daylight) and two Northern Shrikes
persist. On the weekly bird walk at Dungeness River Audubon Center/Railroad
Bridge Park this morning, the highlights were several Red Crossbills,
Bewick,s Wren plus all of the expected birds.
