Hi Tweeters,

One of the TROPICAL KINGBIRDS first reported on Nov. 9th by Mike Patterson
was on the wires at the 1st and Main intersection in Ilwaco this morning.
(11/14812) It seems that one or more of the EUROPEAN STARLINGS in the area
have taken to mimicing the kingbird as I thought I heard one when I got out
of my car, but couldn't locate it. Later while observing the kingbird I was
still hearing it from a nearby group of starlings. I'm not sure that I ever
heard the kingbird vocalize, but if I understood the recent record
committee report I no longer have to hear it to call it a Tropical Kingbird.

Other birds of note today in Pacific County were a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW
on Chinook Valley Road and 1 SNOW GOOSE with 20 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED
GEESE in a vacant lot in Oysterville.
