Here's a link to my Flickr set of the birds I got photos of near Stanwood yesterday (Thur.) I saw no Snowy Owl, but others did. Meadowlarks and Northern Harriers (incl. a male) and Red-tailed Hawks were at Eide, besides the Short-eared Owls and Rough-legged Hawk in my pics. Bald Eagles, Red-tailed Hawks and a GRBH were near Thomle Rd., as well as my FOS Shortear out in the Thomle field.

After 4 p.m., I went up to West 90, where I saw, but didn't photograph, at least 6 Short-eared Owls. Photos of the wonderful sliver of a moon and the colorful sky at sunset, will be in another set I'll post to Flickr later.
