In this case I hope Sarvey will reconsider?and release the owl in a rural area where it?will not face the hazards of?a heavily populated?urban environment to which it is not accustomed.?? I can see the policy for?birds?native to the area in which they were found, but this owl is?an occasional?migrant and will only remain in?our area until spring. ?
