Tom Leschine was kind enough to send me a couple of (small croped) photos of the Queen Anne Owl (before heading out of town for the weekend) and I compared them with the second Capitol Hill Snowy I saw and Evan and Ingrid photographed.

The best I can say is the "light" Queen Anne Snowy is very like the second "light" Capitol Hill Snowy and not like the one that ended up in Sarvey so there's a chance they're the same bird. But the resolution wasn't there to do a "fingerprint" match of the two (comparing the same patterns in two different images) to say for sure they're identical.

If anyone else got photos of the QA SNOW compare them with the links I posted previously (or send me a copy).

The first Capitol Hill owl was seen earlier (and photographed) in northern Montlake/Eastlake border (11th and E Hamlin) sitting in the street. Thanks to Mary Anne Thorbeck and her neighbor for taking it and Anne Jacobs for sending it on to me. Both Anne Jacobs and I think it's the same as the "Sarvey" Snowy.
