Wow. I didn't expect it to return to that spot. Glad it did. It's a great
spot for people to view a beautiful bird.

I'm rather sorry to have mentioned Sarvey in the same email with the
description of the guy stalking the owl with a beach towel wrapped around
his neck. Sarvey doesn't deserve the association with this suspect
character. At least, I accept Sarvey's recent explanation of the Capitol
Hill situation and that they don't have a "twelve hour policy".
