Noticed a few posts about Sarvey lately.

Just wanted to say that in my experience over the last 30 years of working
with them that they have always done a really great job. I can't recall how
many times they have immediately run down to Seattle to pick up one of the
peregrine fledglings that always seem to come to ground on their first
flight. They have taken care of them, raised them and released them almost
every year.

So, in my opinion anyway, they are a really great group of wonderfully
dedicated wildlife aficionados with a massive amount of rehab experience.

Regarding picking up Snowy Owls, I have a fair amount of experience in
trying to capture them for banding and can say that I have never been able
to just walk up on one and pick it up. They have always flown at my
approach. So I would say any Snowy you can pick up is probably in need of
some help.

Thanks to Sarvey for being out there doing what they do.
