There was a drake Redhead at Kitchen/Dick Ponds this morning and I squeaked up a very cooperative Swamp Sparrow there as well.

The only other birds of note were 2 waterfowl with an adult Tundra Swan off Schmuck Rd. They were juv. something, probably escapees, smaller than the swan, orangish, heavy goose-like mandibles, no black wing tips. Naturally, I was w/o my camera and the Graysmarsh area is now being hunted so the masses of waterfowl that have been in the nearby fields are rapidly moving on.
