We started the day at Jack Block park where Ollie found the Brown Pelican
perched on a navigational marker which is closer to Luna Park; so we drove
over there and got a few more views but no photographs. Randy's photo from
yesterday was super! Great timely report. We observed the Pelican in the
area from about 10:45a-11:15a.



Ollie and I went over to the Ballard location mentioned in yesterday's post
and did not find the Snowy Owl. We did encounter another person that was
looking in the conifer tree and said the owl had been there over the weekend
and the crows alerted people of the owl's presence. But it was not there
today.



We also wandered the block mentioned for the Brambling and didn't find it,
and found only a couple Juncos.
