Oregon Public Broadcasting's Oregon Field Guide will be doing a special on Christmas Bird Counts this Thursday, November 29th, at 8:30 PM. I haven't seen it, but will. I am sure it is a better description than I could provide in an email about what CBC's are about. You can probably stream it live on or after it airs on the 29th if you don't get OPB.
