Subject: [Tweeters] Ruston Way Bald Eagle

I was walking today in the late afternoon on Ruston Way in the area of Point
Ruston, the new condominium building being built on the old smelter site,
and I saw an American Eagle flying low near the boat that advertises the
condo. I used to see Bald Eagles there quite often but ever since last
Spring when the railroad cut down the trees that were blocking the view of a
couple of high end homes just above the railroad tracks, I haven't seen any.
There used to be an Eagle's nest in the tall trees that they cut down and it
was not unusual for me to see three or four of them there at one time.

Also saw the local seal swimming near the Point Ruston boat. In fact there
may be a pair of them there as each spring there are also seal pups in the
area.
