Due to a large grass fire that was first reported yesterday at about 5pm, and is still being fought,, the trail inside the Steigerwald Lake NWR, near Washougal. WA will be closed until further notice. A boardwalk through a wet area burnt and will have to be replaced after the fire is out. The Dike Trail along the Columbia River is still open to birders, walkers etc.
