There is a napping, cooperative, and photogenic Northern Saw-whet Owl along the boardwalk to Twin Barns about halfway between the wide marsh overlook w/ built-in spotting scope and the small overlook closer to Twin Barns.

The bird is perched in a small deciduous tree on the south side of the boardwalk about one meter out and two meters overhead from where you'd stand to get a look. Many observers, photos.

Also, there was a White-throated Sparrow at early morning where this boardwalk begins; it was hanging out with Golden-crowns.

The Great Egret and a cooperative American Bittern still present.
