On Sunday Barb and I went birdwatching in the areas between Conway and La
Conner. Huge flocks of snow geese were visible in the fields near the Hayden
Access. Also two eagles were in the trees at that site where an older nest
was in a tree that fell down after it had been hit by lightning. We did not
see a nest and the eagles flew off. Rough Legged and Red Tailed hawks were
also seen. It was a beautiful day.
