Hello Tweeters,
I could not resist going one more time during the weekdays,
I met Tom who I BIRDIED WITH ON WEDNESDAY'S in Nisqually.Tom was already a
good birder ,BUT IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS he became a great Birder,He is ready
to going now after the Rarities. He mention the birders who was there earlier
in the morning ALL SAW THE WILSON PLOVER WELL!!!!!!
I went and looked where the birds was always sighted ,but there was no Snowy
& no Wilson on the beach.I WAS PARKED AT THE Legal parking at the
RestroomsThe officer told me that there would be a write up IF PARKING ON
THE STREET.I RUN IN TO Rachel LARSON & HER HUSBAND WHO ARE Seattle Audubon
members.this was on the main road to the beach before you going in to the
park.So we went together on the beach from the Park. There again where no
birds t all d,so there decide walking the beach further up It was not even
10 minutes and I found a small group of Snowy walking single on the
beach, partly looking for a place to rest .As I waited I spotted the larger
Wilson Plover all alone, the bird also seems to trying to rest .In the
distant I saw Rachel coming back AND I WAIVED WITH MY HAND
this WAS AT 2,00 PM we had great looks for about 15 minutes.
Cheers Ruth Sullivan
