Subject: [Tweeters] Golden eagle in western WA?

This issue begs the definition of "Western Washington." I've seen a couple
Golden Eagles in the Olympic Mountains (e.g., Bailey Range crest) and
numerous Golden Eagles on the west side of the Cascade Crest (e.g., above
Whatcom Pass, near Chair Peak Lake/Mt. Roosevelt, Mt. Daniel area). All of
my Golden Eagle sightings west of the crest have been in alpine zones,
i.e., pika and/or marmot habitat.
