What's the latest time in the afternoon (post-high-tide) anyone has seen the
bird?

I'm contemplating a trip to Grayland Saturday, but can't leave till around
1?pm, which'd get me to the park around 3:30. Is that too late, do you
think? Low tide is 5:48 pm, if I'm reading the tide tables correctly.
