Does anyone out there go birding at Lake Tye off Fryelands Road in the city
of Monroe? If so, do you have a bird list or have you seen anything unusual
at the lake the past few years?
Also, when you have the first swan sightings for this year, please pass
them along.
And if anyone is in the Jefferson County area between Pt. Townsend and
Quilcene or in the Sequim area, we are doing the swan surveys again this
year as a Citizen Science Project. This has once again been funded
(limited) by the USFWS. So, if you want to volunteer we are having our
first meet and greet (with great refreshments) at the Dungeness River
Audubon Center in Sequim, Oct 15th, this Monday starting at 6 pm.
Please reply off list.

Thanks.
