Hi Tweeters,

Today as we were driving south from Anacortes, a little before Conway on
the Fir Island flats we saw a mini flock of some dozen Snow Geese flying
over the road. Headed toward a small scattering of other Snow Geese we
could see on the field to the south. This is the earliest in fall that
we've seen Snow Geese in Skagit, but checking online tonight I see
postings of earlier sightings farther south. Truly autumn now.
