Tweeters: Yesterday around noon I birded Rosario Head, in hopes of getting something pelagic coming in and Skagit County's SW corner. There was very little out there, despite whitecaps and 25-30 mph winds from the SSE. I stopped at March Pt. on the way back, and noted 38 Black Turnstones, a Northern Shrike, and a single female Black Scoter in a large raft of (mostly) Surf Scoters. Black Scoters are rare in Skagit Co. Scott Atkinson
