Hi Tweeters,

I just got in from spending a couple hours at the Woodland Bottoms
(10/15/12). Some high lights included 27 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE & 9
SNOW GEESE mixed in with the 7000 CACKLING GEESE. I also found 1150
SANDHILL CRANES and the 3 GREAT EGRETS were my first of that species here
in more than two months. The raptors also are being seen in increasing
numbers. There also were still a few AMERICAN PIPITS present.
