Not very birdy late this morning on Steptoe Butte, but diversity was good.
Highlights included a GRAY-CROWNED ROSY FINCH, NORTHERN SHRIKE and a small
group
of MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS. Back in Pullman I stopped by Tom and Diane Weber's
street and found the BLUE JAY in the alley behind their house...it was
being pretty vocal.

The whole list from Steptoe:

Gray Partridge 7
Northern Harrier 2
Red-tailed Hawk 2
American Kestrel 1
falcon sp. 1
Northern Shrike 1
Black-billed Magpie 4
Golden-crowned Kinglet 3
Mountain Bluebird 4
Hermit Thrush 1
American Robin 1
Varied Thrush 1
Song Sparrow 1
Dark-eyed Junco 55
