Our son Brad, made another run up the Columbia River from Stevenson to Hood River and back today and saw no scoters until he returned to Stevenson, where he said there were two WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS just west of the mouth of Rock Creek. He did comment on the hundreds od WESTERN GREBES now on the river.
