Ron Friesz and I both heard it call, which after listening to Couch's and
Tropical recordings, there was no doubt about which species.

I'm sure others have given details on the rest of our route today with 22
Red Knots at Bottle Beach and the wheatear and eider at Westport. I'm
barely a chaser but it has been a long time since I've gotten 3 state birds
in one day.

Subject: [Tweeters] Forward from Randy Hill - Tropical Kingbird at Hoquiam

Hi Tweets

Just got a call from Randy Hill (0810) - he says that there is a Tropical
Kingbird near the northwest corner of the Hoquiam Ponds at the Wildlife
Refuge shops.

Good searching.
