Subject: [Tweeters] How do I temporarily stop tweeters?

Vicki,

Use the List Subscribe link in the header of every Tweeters post you
receive (yeah, it's not quite intuitively labeled): List-Subscribe:

Scroll down almost to the bottom of the web page and click a gray
button that says "Unsubscribe or edit options." (I always have to
search for it). You will need to insert the email address where you
receive Tweeters Posts, and your password. If you do not know your
password, enter just the email address and click "Remind" under
"Password reminder" to receive a reminder by email.

Once you get into the next page ("Tweeters mailing list membership
configuration ...") scroll down to the block of gray rows and disable
mail delivery. This way your subscription is still on record. When
you get home from your trip, repeat all steps and make mail delivery "Enabled."
