On August 18th, 2012 I encountered a Caspian Tern within a group of other Caspians north of Ocean Park, Washington State and South of Oysterville Road, Washington State on the Pacific Ocean side, on the beach.
On it's right leg was a yellow band numbered "A531".
On it's left leg were three bands- An upper orange band, followed by a lower blue band and on the bottom was an unreadable metal band.
It appeared quite healthy.
