Tweeters: Had 100 even for the day in (mostly) coastal Skagit County.There weren't any real great shakes, but a few of the lesscommon migrants and FOS types were in evidence: CAMPBELL LAKE BOAT LAUNCH (central Fidalgo I) EARED GREBE 1 (first fall)LINCOLN'S SPARROW 1 (FOS)nice flock of the usual passerine migrants (vireos, warblers) ROSARIO HEAD near Deception Pass 5 gull sp including FOS (early) ad. THAYER'S GULLHORNED LARK 2 (FOS)W. Wood-Pewee 1LAPLAND LONGSPUR 1 (FOS) JENSEN AM. GOLDEN-PLOVER 1 (heard only) SKAGIT WMA hdqrts Blue-winged Teal 1 (female)WILSON'S PHALAROPE 1 w/yellowlegsWillow Flycatcher 2 (two more at Hayden, one at Campbell L)Pacific-slope Flycatcher 1 WARM BEACH (Snoho Co) PURPLE MARTIN 2 Otherwise YELLOW WARBLERS are clearly on the move, withsingles and small flocks seen/heard in a number of places.
