Today I birded wetland areas in northwest Whitman Co. looking for
shorebirds. Found a few things of interest:

Rock Lake

Great Egret- 2

Sheep Lake

Horned Grebe- 3
Semipalmated Plover- 1
Lesser Yellowlegs- 1
Western Sandpiper- 2
Least Sandpiper- 4
Bairds Sandpiper- 4
Red-necked Phalarope- 4

Wetland near the intersection of Rock Lake Rd. and Glorfield Rd.

Virginia Rail- 1
