Tweeters,

After being gone for a little over a week, it was nice to come back to my
Battle Ground, Clark County yard that was seemingly full of migrants from
8:15-11:15:

Warbling Vireo 6 (most I've had in one day)
Black-throated Gray Warbler 3
Yellow Warbler 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler 2 (first of the Fall for the yard)
Wilson's Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 1
Pacific-slope Flycatcher 1
Willow Flycatcher 1
Western Tanager 2
Swainson's Thrush 1

Cedar Waxwings - flycatching everywhere - probably about 45 birds
Red Crossbill - two flocks flying southwest to northeast
Eevening Grosbeaks flying over

plus all the regular stuff.......

I briefly saw a bird that had strong wingbars and a yellow throat that was
probably a Northern Parula but I never saw it again so its the one that got
away.

Keep your eyes and ears skyward.
Jim
